  1. Anymore the price these days is ridiculous. Charging more for a set of irons with less clubs. Technology this technology that. Increasing the loft doesn’t change the play ability of the club, just throws the gapping off for the rest of the set. Do I think I could benefit from a new set, of course. Not gonna do it. I think its absolutely fantastic manufacturers are starting to cater more towards the “club golfer”. But the average “club golfer” probably can’t afford to fork out $4,000 for a whole new set of clubs. I can’t. Just ranting! Great content guys! keep it up!

  2. 1.5 mph difference in clubhead speed is really huge and makes me think that something needed recalibrated. It would be difficult to purposely have that much consistent difference.

  3. This is ridiculous. The new one is no better than the old. The variability in launch monitor data is so small. It’s absolutely caused by difference in strike or tiny difference in shaft. This iron is not longer, it’s not more forgiving, it’s not lower or higher spinning. The only changes are cosmetic.
